We provide fee-based investment portfolio management.
Our investment advisory company, Investment Management & Insurance Advisors, Inc. manages investment accounts, using our patented and proprietary methods of stock selection and asset allocation.
We manage all types of investment accounts, including personal and family accounts, trust accounts, all forms of individual and company retirement accounts, including company pension plans.
We manage accounts based upon a fee that is linked to the dollar value of the account. Our ADV disclosure document describes all of our fees and services, and we hope that you will take a few minutes to download the document and read it.
Our minimum account size is $100,000, which is negotiable.
We hold all client assets in a third party custodian, called FolioFn, where clients can log into their account and view all the data.FolioFn charges a custodial fee, on a quarterly basis to handle transactions in your account.
We do not take legal title or ownership of client’s assets while we are managing the account. You are always free to select your own brokerage firm to hold your assets, and we would be happy to manage your account where ever you choose.
If you would like to discuss how your investment accounts would be managed by us, please call us at
919 975 4856.
When we manage individual investment accounts, our clients prepare an Investment Policy Statement that describes their investment goals and risk preferences. We use the IPS to guide us as we go about the daily task of managing your assets.
The IPS will identify for you one of three asset allocations that would be best suited to meeting your goals. The 3 allocations are:
The TSA Balanced Asset Allocation portfolio contains 33% Government Bonds, 33% Corporate Bonds, and 33% Common Stocks.

The TSA Equity Income Asset Allocation Portfolio contains 20% Government Bonds, 20% Corporate Bonds, and 60% Common Stocks.

The TSA Income Asset Allocation Portfolio contains 40% Government Bonds, 40% Corporate Bonds and 20% Common Stocks.

We re-balance the assets in the account whenever new funds are added or gains are taken on a stock.
Thanks for considering our services.
